Addon release features

• Implemented two new TFT screens:
  • VPN On/Off screen (After a reboot the state is persisted)
  • Access point On/Off screen (After a reboot the state is persisted)

Bug fixing:

• On SMS actor the state of the VPN is persisted after a reboot like it happens on the TFT screens
• Added SOFT RESET to the modem actor
• TEST command for the modem actor improved, now it detects correctly the SIM card presence
